KEYS shifted the way I think about my role in the world. Until my year with KEYS, I was very specifically a follower, I needed to know what I was supposed to do. Now, if there isn’t a roadmap for the situation I’m in, I understand it’s up to me to collaborate and make the rules I’ll be following.
